After receiving an insurance payout, Grampa Simpson and his family decide to go to Denmark so that the former can benefit from the country's free healthcare to get an operation. They stay at an Airbnb appartment where the owner shows them around Copenhagen. They learn that people who are injured in Denmark are treated for free. They visit places like Amalienborg, Land of Legends, Louisiana Museum of Modern Art and Kronborg Castle and try to have Grampa injured to get the free visit to the hospital. In the end they learn, that he did not really need an operation for something lifethreatening, but to remove a tattoo.
